The Global Goals Jam will be taking place September 17th-19th. It is an international event in which over 85 cities across the world tackle pressing local sustainability challenges related to the UN Global Goals. In this year’s first-ever College Park jam, multidisciplinary teams will come together for a three-day design thinking challenge. Participants will engage with local leaders, including College Park Mayor Wojahn, to catalyze solutions for a more equitable and sustainable transportation system. Registration is open to all students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members. Participants may register as teams or as individuals.
