Hayley Park, Adult Services Librarian at King County Library System (KCLS), and holds an M.L.I.S. degree from the University of Washington Information School. As a qualitative researcher, Hayley has been working as a Research Assistant for the LINA (Libraries, Immigrants, New Americans Acculturation) Project at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her librarian-researcher praxis reflects a social justice-centered approach and focuses on examining and disrupting the conditions in which current structural inequities are created, maintained, and reinforced.

As a first-generation bilingual knowledge worker, Hayley is dedicated to challenging cultural hegemony and is working towards creating a more inclusive information community via co-design methodologies. As a 2022-2023 ALA Spectrum Scholar and a 2024 ALA Emerging Leader, she also actively seeks ways to address the unequal power dynamic within the LIS profession, aiming to create a more diverse representation within the field.
