Chad Doran joined the iSchool in 2018 as an Adjunct Lecturer.  Chad has over 15 years of experience in the field of records management and information governance.  He specializes in the development and implementation of forward-thinking information management strategies to protect, preserve, and make digital resources accessible.  Chad currently works at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab in Laurel, MD as the Enterprise Records and Information Manager.  Prior to that, Chad was the Chief Records Management Officer of the Arlington County Government.  Chad’s research focuses on the intersection of technology and policy, as it relates to the management of information assets.
