BIO

Wes Lewis is the Owner and Principal of Hex5 Digital, a digital experience and management consultancy. With more than 18 years of experience in agile team leadership, user experience design, and management consulting, he specializes in delivering data-informed digital products. He previously served as Senior Manager of Web Marketing and Agile Marketing Operations at Cvent and led product delivery at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting federal agencies including the Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. His work has been recognized by the Black Engineer of the Year Conference and Human Factors International.

Wes holds degrees from Hampton University, the University of Maryland Global Campus, and Georgetown University, and is a multi-certified professional. He has also served as an adjunct professor for over 10 years across Mid-Atlantic institutions, including University of Maryland Global Campus, St. Francis College, and Georgetown University.

He remains active in organizations including the National Contract Management Association, 100 Black Men of Prince George’s County, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and resides in Bowie, Maryland with his wife and two children.
