Francesca Polito is a lecturer at University of Maryland and Maryland Institute College of Arts and teaching courses in UXD, Product Management, The Business Side of UX, Foundations of Technology and Innovation, and Technology Culture & Society. Francesca specialize in courses that teach future UX and Human Centered practitioners to not only succeed in business environments but drive value.

Francesca’s research is in the areas of STEM equity, design and development of educational products needed for 21st century learning, Design, Engineering and Computer Science Education, and process and workflow practices of user centered design, and development professionals in innovative business units.
