Alla Levin is a Program Manager at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) with extensive experience providing leadership for complex information technology, cybersecurity, business, and science programs. Previously, she worked at NASA and led multiple core business efforts, including the Flight Dynamic Facility, the James Webb Space Telescope, the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite missions, and Library of Congress modernization efforts. Her consistent performance in improving production and profitability while optimizing resources has earned her numerous awards and recognition among various federal agencies.
