The University of Maryland College of Information Studies (UMD iSchool) and Meta Accessibility invite you to an Interactive Accessibility Showcase: Impactful Collaborations between the University of Maryland and Meta Accessibility Research on Thursday September 15th (1pm EST / 10am PST). Hosted by Dr. Jonathan Lazar, Director of the University of Maryland’s Trace Research and Development Center, this forum brings together both UMD and Meta leaders and researchers for an intentional conversation on accessibility.

This virtual event will include facilitated discussion on current research at both the UMD iSchool and Meta, including specific focus areas on technologies for populations with disabilities and aging adults. Both the University of Maryland and Meta look forward to exploring opportunities for future research collaborations and new University – Industry program engagements.
