What is the Blend360 All Star Program?
Blend360’s All-Star Program is for new graduates in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplines. As an All-Star, you will have the opportunity to learn from top analytics and technology professionals to gain first-hand experience in one of our key core capability areas – Data Science, Business Intelligence and Data Engineering. Your journey begins with intensive training to ensure you gain both the soft and hard skills to hit the ground running on client projects. From Blend360 instructor-led training, to interactive online certification courses and to working on real client projects under the guidance of senior team members, we provide you with the tools to be a rock star consultant. After successfully completing the All- Star program, you will graduate and become a core member of the team where you’ll have the power to shape your own career and make an impact. This is a full time, permanent position.
The primary objective of this program is to develop participants into productive, client engaged BLEND360 employees and set the foundation to build a fast-track career in data science and technology consulting.
Core Capability Tracks:
- Business Intelligence – We have a mission to drive growth through data-driven decision-making. Our BI team designs and develops data visualizations, complex reports and dashboards to provide our clients with solutions that improve insights and performance through strategic analysis.
- Data Engineering – Our Data Engineers love building sophisticated data models that solve business problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will use big data technologies, while operating distributed systems of data extraction and processing of large datasets
- Data Science – Our Data Science team provides analytics leadership for the development, validation and delivery of algorithms, statistical models and reporting tools using statistical analyses, predictive modeling, machine learning, and experimental design techniques
