Human-Computer Interaction Lab Speaker Series Oct 6

Event Start Date: Thursday, October 6, 2022 - 12:30 pm

Location: Hybrid: Hornbake 2105 and Zoom

Join the UMD Human-Computer Interaction Lab (HCIL) each Thursday during the fall and spring semesters, 12:30-1:30 PM EST, as they present interesting speakers on topics ranging from current areas of interest in human-computer interaction, software demos/reviews, study design, proposed research topics, and more. This event series, known as the HCIL Brown Bag Lunch (BBL) series based on it’s origin as a small in-person weekly meetup, is now a hybrid event that brings together hundreds of HCI enthusiasts both in-person and virtually. This event series provides an the opportunity to build collaborations, increase awareness of each other’s activities, and generally just have a bit of fun together!

The event takes place in person at the University of Maryland, Hornbake Building South, Room 2105 (directions) or you can register to participate via Zoom.
