She began her career in medical device technology at a Baltimore startup, led product design for DEWALT cordless tools, and spent 12 years at Apple — where she founded a new group within Manufacturing Design, scaled technical and business teams, and influenced products across every line of Apple’s business.
But what Eva is perhaps best known for isn’t the products. It’s the people. Throughout her career, she transformed team cultures, connected organizations, and advocated fiercely for others. In 2024, she retired from Apple and returned home — and now dedicates her time to mentoring, community, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
