INFO students—join us for a special event hosted by your fellow students!
Feeling the finals stress? Take a break and join us for a cozy evening of creativity, mindfulness, and community at Clay & Calm: Make a Finals Buddy! As the semester wraps up, we know how overwhelming finals season can be, so we’re inviting all NFO students to come unwind in a supportive, low-pressure space where you can relax, connect, and get a little crafty. At this event, you’ll have the chance to make your very own finals buddy, a small, personalized clay figure that you can take home for encouragement as you tackle your final projects and exams.
To kick off the event, our wonderful embedded counselor Monique McIntyre will lead a short, interactive talk with helpful tips on stress management, mindfulness, and staying grounded during high-pressure times. Whether you’re looking for practical advice or just need a quiet place to decompress, this event is here to support you.
You’ll also get to enjoy free sandwiches, juice and snacks, and grab some INFO swag while you’re here. Come as you are, no need to bring anything but yourself and your creativity!
