Dr. Richards joined the iSchool in 2017. He has over 11 years of full-time experience in higher education. He has coordinated student success programs and served as a full-time faculty member in the DC/Baltimore area. Prior to joining the iSchool Dr. Richards spent time teaching software engineering and advising capstone projects at the United States Naval Academy. From 2016-2017 he served as the Computer Science and Information Technology (CSIT) Coordinator for High Impact Teaching Practices at the Community College of Baltimore County.
