Rachel Yang

Rachel Yang is an experienced human factors engineer who focuses on user research and information design. Since 2005, Rachel has worked with non-profit, government, and defense organizations to build high-quality human-machine interfaces and test and review efficiency and effectiveness. She has worked with varied user communities, including scientists and engineers, military veterans, and Navy warfighters. Rachel has designed and conducted user feedback sessions on browser-based and mobile applications, AR/VR displays, military combat systems, and security monitoring dashboards. Institutionalizing usability in any environment has been the focus of her career.
