Elaine has experience in both higher education and the private sector with program management; human resources; academic affairs; and equity, diversity, and inclusion. Most recently, she worked as the Graduate Program Coordinator for UMD’s Department of Government and Politics. She is currently doctoral student in the College of Education at Frostburg State University with research interests in higher education leadership, equity and inclusion. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, reading and cooking.
