Doctoral Student, Dana Rotman, Awarded by Yahoo(College Park, MD, 4/20/09)
iSchool Doctoral student, Dana Rotman was awarded the 2009-2010 Yahoo! Key Scientific Challenges Award. This award includes $5000 dedicated seed research funding, an invitation to participate in the KSC Graduate Student Yahoo! Summit, to be held this summer, and access to specific Yahoo! datasets. 

Yahoo believes Dana is working on groundbreaking research that will help define the future of the industry. Dana’s research is focused on the ways in which interaction patterns that were established in online worlds are affected by users' embrace of mobile technology.
