iSchool PhD Candidate Appointed Assistant Professor at Kent State University (College Park, MD 7/01/08)

Maryland’s iSchool is very pleased to announce that Miriam Matteson, PhD candidate has been appointed assistant professor in the School of Library and Information Science at Kent State University. She will begin her appointment fall semester at the school’s Columbus facility located at the State Library of Ohio.

As one of three full-time faculty at the Columbus campus of Kent State’s School of Library and Information Science, Matteson will be teaching a diverse range of classes within the program’s specializations, including library management and information sources and reference services.
