Hey SAMmers! The First Annual University of Maryland Edible Book Festival will be on Monday, April 1st, from 1-3pm on the McKeldin Library plaza. Local bibliophiles and foodies are invited to show off their entirely edible book or author-related creations at this lighthearted, witty event. Everybody from the iSchool, the University Libraries, and the UMD community are welcome to enter their edible art. They're only accepting 30 entries, though, so please contact Eric Cartier (ecartier@umd.edu) to let him know you'd like to participate, even if you don't yet know what you'll create. Do it!!!
