The University requires that a student be registered during the semester (s)he plans to graduate. If not taking classes on campus or through the Consortium, the student must register for one hour of audit credit.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING THE DEADLINE DATES FOR FILING THESE FORMS:

August 2008 Graduation

Please remember to register for your diploma by July 18, 2008 via Testudo. Also, please notify the Student Services Office of your intent to graduate by July 7, 2008, by filling out the notification form PDF. This form is also outside the office, room 4110.

The school certification form, for those students seeking certification as school media specialist, and the archives specialty form, for those students who have met the course requirements for the archives specialty, should be submitted by August 2, 2008.

December  2008 Graduation

Please remember to register for your diploma by September 15, 2008 via Testudo. Also, please notify the Student Services Office of your intent to graduate by September 15, 2008, by filling out the notification form PDF. This form is also outside the office, room 4110.

The school certification form, for those students seeking certification as school media specialist, and the archives specialty form, for those students who have met the course requirements for the archives specialty, should be submitted by December 1, 2008.
